• Our physical site is in Oakland, California on Telegraph near downtown. Limited street parking and nearby public transit are available.

• We offer on-site, Zoom-based, and hybrid PHP and IOP services.

• We provide a nutritious breakfast and lunch as well as coffee, tea, and snacks.

• PHP and IOP are group- and milieu-based forms of treatment for people in mental health crisis.

• We work with most major insurance and Medicare. Kaiser members must be referred directly by a Kaiser provider.

• We are not able to accept Medi-Cal at this time.

• We offer a mix of evidence-based therapeutic modalities as well as specialized psychiatry. 

• We generally have a waiting list but make every effort to admit people as rapidly as we can.
